Cash flow for businesses that trade in more than one currency

Know when
the tide turns.

Tideline watches every account, in every currency, and tells you what is coming in, what is going out, and how much beach you have left. No spreadsheet, no guessing, no surprise at the end of the month.

What the tide brings in, and what it carries out

Spring tides, neap tides. Your cash has both.

Some months the water comes right up the beach. Some months it barely reaches your ankles. Tideline shows you which is which, weeks before it happens, in the currency you think in.

Three tools on the pier

Built for the person who actually does the cash.

The cash-flow bridge

Opening balance, every inflow, every outflow, closing balance. One picture per month, filtered by account, client or category, in your home currency.

The receivables tide table

Every open invoice aged 30, 60 and 90 days, with the total that is drifting out to sea flagged before it is gone.

The CSV boat

Bring a bank export in, take your transactions out. Names are matched to accounts and clients on the way through, and you see the preview before anything lands.

How it works

01

Moor your accounts

Add the accounts you hold, in whichever currencies they are in. Tideline converts everything into one home currency using monthly rates you can see and change.

02

Watch the water

Income, expenses and recurring items land on one chart. High tide, low tide and the days in between are visible weeks ahead.

03

Act before the beach runs out

Chase the invoices that are ageing, move the payment that would have caught you, and know the runway number before anyone asks for it.

Things people ask before they moor up

Is this a full accounting suite like QuickBooks?+

No, Tideline is a focused cash flow management tool, not a double-entry accounting system. It's designed for clarity and forward-planning, complementing your formal accounting software.

How are exchange rates handled?+

You can set your own monthly exchange rates in settings. All reports and dashboard figures use these rates to convert amounts to your chosen home currency.

Can I import my existing transaction data?+

Yes, we provide a flexible CSV importer that lets you map your file's columns to Tideline's fields, making it easy to get started with your historical data.

Is my financial data secure?+

Absolutely. We use industry-standard security practices to ensure your data is encrypted and protected.
